Find out whether the driver tracks delays, how long they wait and which number to contact after landing. Confirm the hotel reception or self-check-in procedure too. The transport and accommodation reservations should fit together.

Separate Railay from Ao Nang

If the room is on Railay, a road transfer is only part of the journey. Ask the property for a complete arrival plan that includes the boat connection. Do not book an airport-to-Ao-Nang service and assume the remaining leg is included.
